We charge $9,950 for all homes under $900,000.

For Homes Listed Under $900,000

The Commission Split is $4,500 to listing agent plus an expense fee of $950 & $4,500 to buyer’s agent. ($9,950 total)

For homes over $900,000 we charge 1% of the sale price plus $950.

The Commission Split is .5% to listing agent plus an expense fee of $950 & .5% to buyer’s agent. (1% + $950 total)

Here’s How it Works

Step 1: Area Sold Report

The first step in selling your home is to learn what similar properties have been selling for in your area. For this we will provide you with an area sold report which outlines the recent property sales in your area.

Step 2: List the Property

The next step is to book an appointment with us for a Free Market evaluation. During our meeting we will tour your home, review the area sold reports, and will discuss a suggested list price for your home. If you are ready to list during our meeting we’ll complete all listing documents and submit them to the real estate board for next day posting to the MLS® system.

Step 3: Offer & Acceptance

When an offer is received we will assist with the negotiation process and work towards offer acceptance. Upon offer acceptance we then work through the subject removal process in ensure a firm subject free deal is in place and the deposit has been collected. Our conveyancing department will then forward all appropriate documents to the buyer’s and seller’s lawyer or notary who will then prepare for the title and funds transfer on the sale completion day.
